Every citizen of the USA pays twice the taxes federally as a Canadian, and

every Canadian pays 17 cents of their taxes on interest against our
federal 
debt!  And we have been paying it off since 1996!

Canada's biggest tax cut would be to pay off our debt, not just the 17
cents 
per dollar on the interest to service it.
