I Wonder, if you would be so kind as to address your thoughts and perhaps
provide some citations on the issue of profanity, its relationship to hate
and how legislation might provide benefits in addition to a "battle
against
those who spread hate through the Internet".
Please forgive me in advance for my late response as this is my 36 hour,
government allocated, parenting weekend of which I have been granted two
per
month and which afforded to date approximately $40,000 in associated legal
fees, $30,000 in child support and 30,000 Kms of travel.
