I suppose romance, procreation and raising a family would be quite
desirable
for most people, myself included. The first step however, is being able to
participate as a viable and contributing member of society.
Personally, I try to make no discernment of race, ethnicity, nationality
or
religion as I consider each of these flawed distinctions as junk science,
ie., fraud rather than genuine.
