The Sad Saga of Eliot Spitzer

by Michael Ejercito <mejercit@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Mar 14, 2008 at 10:28 AM

In just a week, New York Governor Eliot Spitzer resigned from disgrace
following revelations he hired hookers for sex.

It is now clear that he had spenttens of thousands of dollars for the
services of hookers.

The investigation still continues to find out if any public funds were
used to finance these activities. There can also be charges of tax
evasion if Spitzer had managed the cash flow of the prostitution ring,
which obviously did not pay taxes.

Of course, one must wonder why he had to pay tens of thousand of
dollars for something a lot of women are willing to share.

Bill Clinton got it for free.

Newt Gingrich got it for free.

Larry Craig got it for free.

Antonio Villaraigosa got it for free.

Gary Hart got it for free.

Is Eliot Spitzer that much less of a man than other men?
