Dreams and Visions of Jesus
For decades, a phenomenon has been recurring in the Muslim world. Men
and women - without any knowledge of the Gospel and without any
contact with Christians - have been forever transformed after
experiencing dreams and visions of Jesus Christ. Reports of these
supernatural occurrences often come from "closed countries" where
preaching the Gospel is forbidden and where converting to
Christianity
can invoke the death sentence. A common denominator appears to be
that
the dreams come to those who are seeking to know and please God. We
decided to capture some of these stories and use them as a witnessing
tool to Muslims all over the world.
Real-life Stories
Through numerous personal interviews, we selected five true-life
stories of
former Muslims who now know Jesus as their Savior. From the outset,
the producers endeavored to represent a global cross-section of
Islam,
and for that reason, stories were selected from Egypt, Iran, Turkey,
Nigeria, and Indonesia. More Than Dreams re-created each of these
stories, producing each in its original language, in a docu-drama
format and shot in high-definition video. The movies include a
ministry segment explaining what it means to follow Christ and
leading
viewers in the salvation prayer.
Five Remarkable Testimonies
Khalil (Egypt) - A radical Egyptian terrorist changed from a
murderous
"Saul" to a forgiving "Paul" after Jesus Christ visited him in a
soul-
penetrating dream. This hater of both Christians and Jews set out to
discredit the Bible, but instead, he was transformed when Jesus
appeared to him and changed his heart. (in Arabic * 28:51 minutes)

Mohammed (Nigeria) - This Fulani herdsman in Nigeria found the deep
love and lordship of Jesus Christ through a series of remarkable
dreams. Jesus' appearance in those dreams altered the course of his
life. Though his father tried to kill him in the wake of his
conversion, he survived the various attempts on his life and
eventually led his father to faith in Christ.
(in Hausa * 45:50 minutes) (more...)
Dini (Indonesia) - An Indonesian teenager let down by family, friends
and society, became a Christian the night Jesus appeared to her in a
vision. That special night was Lailatul Qadar when Muslims
individualize their prayers to Allah. From the moment she saw Jesus,
His peace filled her heart and stayed with her even as persecution
began.
(in Indonesian * 42:17 minutes) (more...)
Khosrow (Iran) - A young Iranian man, depressed and without hope, met
Jesus Christ in a vision. The Savior extended His hand and invited
him
to take hold, promising that his "life would change forever." He took
Jesus' hand and, as he describes it, "waves of electricity flowed
through my body over and over again. I wept for the first time since
I
was a child and joy filled my heart."
(in Farsi * 29:30 minutes) (more...)

Judeo Christians think it is the "end times" even though it has been
the "end times" for over two thousand years so far. They think the
one
and only hope is for Jesus to return and straighten everything out.
And a big part of the plan is the destroy the world. They think wars
and everything being blown up is a great thing because it means Jesus
will return soon.
Marxists were murderous lowlifes but they said religion is the opium
of the people. There obviously is some truth to that. Enemies often
have some truth in their arguments. On top of the opium there is the
Jewish propaganda started by Scofield.
Christians are great for telling what some of the problems are,
such
as homosexual perversion, feminism etc. But to actually solve these
problems one should look elsewhere. Who do Christians hate the most,
first Hitler and then the Muslims. These are the two who actually
solved the problems that Christians are famous for speaking against.
Maybe the Muslims go a little overboard but they are the opposite of
liberalism. There is no way that "Brokeback Mountain" would be shown
in a Muslim country.

Muslim Encounters with Jesus
'. . . more and more stories are coming out of closed countries of
God
supernaturally evangelizing Muslims through dreams and visions. Of
the
estimated thousands of new believers in Iran in the last few years,
over half of them became believers after Jesus personally came to
them
in a dream or vision.'
Hell
Abdullah was a faithful Muslim. He lived just an hour's drive from
Mecca, prayed in the mosque five times a day, practiced all the
Muslim
beliefs, and, of course, regularly visited Mecca. Like many Muslims,
he was taught that Christians had evil spirits and that he must keep
away from them.
One night Abdullah dreamed he was in hell, burning in a blazing fire.
The next morning, very worried, he prayed to Allah, 'I have done
everything well; why would I go to hell?' During the following days
he
grew increasingly troubled. One night he was sleepless because of
fear, when at midnight a bright light lit his room and a voice said,
'I am Jesus. Come to me. I am the way to heaven. Follow me and you
shall be saved from hell.' Abdullah fell on his face crying and said,
'Please help me find you.'
Within days Abdullah found a Christian Bible and began reading it. He
soon committed his life to Jesus. Filled with joy, he started sharing
his new-found faith with his family and friends. By his country's
law,
however, a Muslim who leaves his faith must be killed. Abdullah's
family turned him over to the authorities. He was jailed and tortured
for months.
When Abdullah refused to deny Jesus, he was taken to the Sheria
Court,
where the most dangerous criminals are tried. The judge said to
Abdullah, 'Deny your new beliefs and you will walk out a free man; if
you don't, you will be beheaded.'
'I will never deny Jesus,' Abdullah replied, 'If you kill me I will
go
to heaven, but my blood will be on your hands.' Abdullah was
sentenced
to be beheaded the following Friday.
He was returned to jail and bound hands and feet. On the day of his
execution, however, no one turned up. Next Monday morning the guards
removed his chains saying, 'Run you demon, we do not want to see you
again.' Unable to believe his ears, Abdullah asked for an
explanation.
The guards said that on the day Abdullah was to be executed the
judge's son had suddenly died. As a result the judge reversed his
decision.
Like most Saudis, Abdullah was from a wealthy family and had
everything he needed. Not only was he rejected by his family, he had
no source of income, and could not get a job because he was
considered
a betrayer. All of his identification papers were taken from him and
he could have been arrested again at any time. And yet despite this
pressure Abdullah continued to live for several years in Saudi
Arabia,
actively telling others about Jesus. Source
Peace
Indian-born Ibrahim Yousef James moved with his family to Kuwait when
he was six. While still in his teens he went into business with his
older brother and by the time he was 20, he had amassed a fortune. He
owned the largest television production facility in Kuwait. A devout
Muslim, he studied the Koran and kept all the religious Islamic
traditions. He gave money to the poor and made many pilgrimages to
Mecca. There was only one thing Ibrahim had attempted and failed. He
tried suicide four times. Why could he not find peace? He searched
the
Koran for answers but found none.
He went to England to study electronic engineering. In the month of
Ramadan, during the last week of his fast, he developed insomnia. No
matter what he tried, sleep eluded him. Prowling around in his hotel
room he found a Bible. Flipping it open he read 'Where to find help
in
time of need'. He read the list and found 'needing sleep - Psalm 4.'
'If you are the God of this book, give me sleep,' he prayed. He
stretched across the bed and fell into a deep dreamless sleep. The
next morning he forgot about the Bible and God. Later in the week he
came across a man on the street preaching and claiming that Jesus was
the only way to God. Ibrahim thought it was all rubbish and Jesus was
not the son of God. He also came across an American couple who told
him to ask God for the answer, and that God loves him and will speak
to him. Ibrahim had never heard of anyone say that God would speak to
them. Five nights later Ibrahim dreamed of a bright light in the form
of a cross and a voice said, 'This is my way. Jesus is my son. I give
my peace to you. I leave my joy with you'.
He had heard from God, and spent the day counting the cost of
following Jesus. He knew he would be rejected totally. But the more
he
thought about Jesus, the more he wanted to know. He met a Christian
lady who told him about Jesus, and Ibrahim, weeping openly, gave his
life to the Lord Jesus. The first thing he did was to tell his
family.
They were all very angry and told him that they never want to hear
from him again.
Ibrahim began seriously studying the Bible and married a Christian
woman. There was no reconciliation from his family. Then one day he
got a telegram asking him to attend his sister's wedding. 'We forgive
you, please come,' said his father. As Ibrahim prayed about it, God
told him not to take his wife. Upon arriving in Bombay, Ibrahim was
warmly welcomed by his relatives and friends. Before long, however,
his father attacked him, beating, kicking and punching Ibrahim until
he was blinded with blood. Every member of Ibrahim's family supported
his father's action. 'I cannot deny Christ,' Ibrahim kept saying. His
father pointed a gun at him. Just seconds before he fired, Ibrahim's
uncle grabbed the gun from his father. Ibrahim was kept as a prisoner
in the house. They destroyed all his wedding pictures, Bible,
Christian books and tapes. As days passed Ibrahim's father felt that
he was coming around, but he still kept him prisoner, instructing
guards to shoot Ibrahim if he ever tried to leave. Gradually he was
allowed to go out to meet friends but not without a guard.
One day Ibrahim asked to see his school friend and his father took
him
out. God said to Ibrahim, 'This is the day to leave your family.' His
father had to inspect something on the way, so he let Ibrahim
complete
the journey on his own. Seizing the opportunity, Ibrahim went
straight
to a Christian pastor, who helped him get away.
Recently Ibrahim spoke to his father by phone and his father
admitted,
'I know that your God is real because for ten years all our plans to
harm you have failed.' Source
A high-born Muslim Lady
Madame Bilquis Sheikh was a high-born Muslim, former wife of a
Minister of the Interior, in Pakistan. God gave her dreams and
visions
about John the Baptist, about himself as God the Father, Jesus the
son
and the Holy Spirit. He led her to read the Bible. Her family came to
know of her new beliefs and confronted her. She was so convinced of
her new found truth, however, that they plotted to kill her. They
even
tried to burn her house. Her family boycotted her, and the servants,
who were Muslims, left her, calling her a traitor and an infidel. She
received many threats from her family and outsiders. An Army General
of Pakistan visited, asking her 'Why did you do it?' She replied she
has been called to witness Jesus Christ and she will obey Him, no
matter what comes her way. She finally escaped to the US and wrote a
book about her experiences. Source
Joel.2
[28] And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my
spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall
prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see
visions:
[29] And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days
will I pour out my spirit.
[30] And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood,
and fire, and pillars of smoke.
[31] The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood,
before the great and the terrible day of the LORD come.
[32] And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name
of the LORD shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem
shall be deliverance, as the LORD hath said, and in the remnant whom
the LORD shall call.

Salute To Our Muslim Martyrs
Musil Shehadeh
As a Christian Palestinian, I cannot but bow my head in full
reverence
and admiration to our Muslim brothers who are teaching the Israelis
and the world the real meaning of self-sacrifice in the face of cruel
occupation. You can call them what you want but you cannot deny them
the pinnacle of courage when they offer their own lives at the altar
of freedom, not only for their own religious order but also for all
of
us. No power, be it the Israeli rocket, its F-16s, its tanks, or its
nuclear weapons, can stand as a deterrent against such culmination of
human sacrifice.
Such martyrdom has created a new chapter in the history of human
resistance against occupation that has never been emulated in the
history of humanity except for the Japanese kamikaze in the Second
World War. Instead of having the world study the psychological
motives
behind such courageous acts, they are dismissed naively by Israel and
its U.S. protege as simple acts of "terrorism"! Really! Those who
sacrifice their lives for freedom are "terrorists," while those who
massacre people to keep them under the chains of bondage are engaged
in philanthropic acts? Using such bizarre criterion, it would place
George Washington, and Martin Luther King as "terrorists" while
Genghis Khan, Attilla the Hun and Sharon as the heads of charitable
organizations. Even those who criticize such heroic acts cannot deny
that those young men and women, who strap themselves with explosives
and sacrifice their lives, fully realize that there are other options
for the future. They could have chosen to get married and to have
children, or to seek profitable employment and to enjoy the many
pleasures of life. They could have followed their instincts to
continue living without bringing grief and misery to their loved
ones.
Yet when they kill themselves and deny themselves the pleasure of
living, then there has to exist a very good cause that prompts them
to
commit such acts of self-destruction. As one of the bereaved mothers
explained: life without freedom had no value in the eyes of her
beloved martyr-son. They have chosen to die so that they would fight
a
cruel occupier to liberate their lands, to reject life without
dignity, while creating life with freedom for others. Western
teaching
institutions would rush into explaining how frustration in life could
drive people into acting violently, yet they tend to swallow with
great relish the Zionist versions when explaining the violent nature
of these acts. American history can easily recall how many Americans
died along the road of freedom, in their War of Liberation against
the
British. Yet the American administration would not hesitate to
espouse Sharon's view that his massacre of Palestinian women and
children was a war against "terror." The U.S. apathy and flagrant
ignorance with the tragic plight of the Palestinians is deepened
further when President Bush calls Sharon a man of "peace," a title
that Mr. Sharon's Likud constituents even deny! For those of us who
are still advocating "give peace a chance," we should not forget that
Mr. Sharon's war is not against "terrorism," as he would like us to
believe, but rather an aggressive war to occupy our homes and land
turning us into slaves in our own homes. His enemies are not those
who
carry the gun, but anyone who would stand in his way to expropriate
more lands from the Palestinians. How else can one explain his
closure
of the Palestinian profile office in Jerusalem headed by Dr. Sari
Nuseibeh? A super moderate Palestinian whose call for the existence
of
the two States, meeting all of Israeli demands for peace and security
along the 1967 borders, could not be matched. Yet he was not spared
the wrath of Sharon because he dared to demand the right of
Palestinians for their own mini-State? It should be obvious to all of
us that Sharon cannot understand any language except the language of
force, as no moderate or peace-loving advocate can survive the war
imposed upon us by those who are working hard to deny us our rights.
It should behoove all of us to support our martyrs and their
families,
as these are the real heroes of our dignified and legitimate struggle
for freedom in our homeland.
