There are three types of dreams:

1) Dreams about events that will happen in what humans call "the
future"

2) Dreams about your unconcscious trying to communicate something
im****tant for your well-being and development.

3) Dreams about "worries of the day".

Type 1) is quite straightforward.  Type 2) is by far the MOST
im****tant type.   Your previous dream were you were a male are of this
type.  Type 3) are meaningless and is nothing more than a reflection
of worries or preoccupations.  The current dream you wrote about is of
this type.  

There is not much worth digging.  There might be some little details
that could be meaningful, but to me, it's not  worth one's expanse of
energy.

If you wish to dig deeper, you should ask yourself what vin diesel
means to you ( and be honest with yourself ! ).  Then there is the
association with toenail polish.  What it meant to you in the past.
Maybe some men have commented about your toenails in the past.  Or
maybe it came up during certain activities...
