I've found somthing that REALLY works,loose your job,go on social
services,jump through all the hoops they present you with,walk
everywhere(cause they won't give you a bus pass) apply for the alotted
jobs required,pay all your bills,and eat only from the left over
money! I lost 50 lbs in two months!
