Actually, I suspect that those who have learned Lojban are of no
particular breed at all. One reason we have so little open talk in
Lojban is that the Lojbanists don't have enough in common to talk
about, other than the language itself.
If there was some other generality, it would be that there are too few
women learning the language, a fact that my wife deplores even while
being one of the four who started Lojban on the remnants of Loglan.
