This is the group's description: "This group is dedicated to the
creation and promotion of a World Auxiliary Languages (WAL) or
International Auxiliary Languages (IAL) which are created by using
influenced from a neutral mix of world languages rather than using
just a small group of languages which favor one culture over others.

Both language engineers (conlangers) and those who are interested in
learning and/or promoting worldlangs are welcome to join."

I don't see anywhere in there where they are promoting a *particular*
auxlang called "Worldlang". Of course, it could be the meandering
number (mixing of singular and plural) that has me confused. They seem
to be promoting many languages that use worldwide influences.

In any event, even if this group is dedicated to a single particular
auxlang, what's the problem with that? It's perfectly sensible,
especially for auxlangers, to separate themselves into particular
language oriented groups of this sort. It's really no different than
the conlang related groups that are designed for showcasing and
discussion of a particular conlang.
