The people who see your bumper sticker when you're driving around don't
really get a chance to ask you about it, so unless you're going to
school or living in an apartment complex, the odds of anyone actually
talking to you about it are pretty slim.
But when that one out of 500 hundred people who _understand_ see the
bumper sticker, it will lift their spirits, and (if they happen to be
in the driver's seat) they might toot their horn at you, perhaps giving
a cheery greeting in their lang's equivalent of Morse Code.
