Kerno has words for "boot", "shoe", "sandal", "dress shoes", "sole of
a shoe or boot" (2 different terms). I'm sure there are others
knocking about, but I haven't found them as of yet.

There are also shoe-references in the folklore: Puss-in-Boots; a
metaphorical way to kick something is to "put it to the boots".
