This is not necessarily so.  In general I prefer sitting down with a
paper periodical in place of an electronic one.  An electronic copy
(PDF or whatever) binds me to the computer.  A paper copy allows me to
sit down in my easy chair with the cat on my lap (I have one) and some
"relax with" background sounds on the boom box and roll things around
in my mind at leisure.  In general I pay more attention to paper copy
than I do to electronic.
