Cypriot High Jumper Ioannou Secures Bronze at IAAF Indoor Games
Nicosia, Mar 9 - Cypriot high-jumper Kyriacos Ioannou won the bronze medal
during the 12th IAAF World Indoor Champion****ps men's high jump final in
Valencia.
Mr. Ioannou's attempt at 2.30m gave him the bronze medal. The gold medal
went to Olympic Champion Stefan Holm who achieved his fourth World title
after a tough fight with Russian title defender Yaroslav Rybakov.
