Primitive people had no medical knowledge from which to
do surgeries so at best any surgery was hypothetical or
trial and error perhaps based on an ac***ulated 'wisdom'
in such matters. Primitive people's did however manipulate,
change, and severe or cut out body parts in the course of
meeting ritual needs in some cases (people still do it today).
