So I hear there's a new law that Doober signed that says you can't use
the internet to transmit anything which might "annoy or abuse" the
recipient if you don't say what your name is. If you do you can go to
justify the existence of the incarceration industry in the US for up to
two years. Club Fed.
So like the subject line says, does this mean that I can no longer post
that conservatives play the hairy sax and eat the notes, suck cock and
eat cum, or suchlike, without revealing my true name, Fred Trottelhauer
?
This would seem to be a violation of my right to free speech. Are we
fighting the court battle over whether I have the right to publish
pseudonymously, or anonymously ?
What of the usual suspect groups like: ACLU, EFF, CDT and others are
examining this ? I see Declan McCullough's (pardon misspelling) name
on the article, so I conclude that all is not yet lost.
Are we gonna have to march on Washington like when we de-Exon'd the CDA
and help the motherfucking chumpasses get taught about basic civics in
our beloved country ?
Let us know.
Cheers !
Fred Trottelhauer
