I would like to share the following with you. I am victim of Hate
Crime, Abuse, Discrimination as you never seen before.
Even an employee of the Department of Labor is involved in this
heinous crime.They even KILLED my dog.I am denied access to a lawyer,
denied access to Court, They wanted to cash in the rewards at all
cost.
Please read the following letter and Can you please help me or refer
me to lawyers willing to help me.

Dear President George Bush,
I hereby would like to inform you about my living condition as a
French and US citizen. Similar letter was sent to the French
government and investigations are underway.
For several years I have been the subject of psychological and
physical harassment by the US Government for having expressed at that
time my opinion on the event of September 11, 2001 while I was in a
great deal of pain and not receiving proper medical care and harrased
by telephone calls and surveillance from Disability Insurance UNUM.
My statement was disturbing enough to get my phone wiretapped in the
US and receiving death threats to the point that my dog was found
poisoned along with a straight forward warning that I will be next on
the list.
For several years I have been the subject of psychological and
physical harassment by employees of various agencies of Fairfax
County, Virginia. Lately a Fairfax County magistrate while lying to me
denied my filing assault charges from a neighbor for which the
Virginia State Police sent me to. Not ONLY that Fairfax County
Magistrate lied to me but he also accused me of criminal act that I
never committed or charged for it! That same neighbor who was doing a
telephone wiretap in all impunity for several years and again I was
not allowed to file charges.
I am denied access to a lawyer for due process of the Law, or if I am
able to retain one, very little is done to protect my Rights. No
Appeal filed in a timely manner resulting in denied disability claim.
One lawyer even advised me in doing criminal actions that would have
me in jail for a long time at best or at worst dead.
Recently I was drugged on a British Airways flight departing from
Washington DC to London. That looks like a habit if we refer to the
case Litvinenko, and I became the subject of zealous British Police
during my returned trip from London.
Prior to this letter I exposed the facts to the Office of the French
Minister of the foreign affairs in Paris and the embassy of France in
Washington DC to put an end to this nasty situation. I was formally
advised not to go back to my home in Virginia in order to avoid any
attempt to my life.
About my health, since it does matter regardless of the threats
because I am unfortunately disabled since August 2000 by a
neuromuscular condition called Peripheral Neuropathy which limits my
means of actions and weaken me both psychologically and physically and
a fortiori with regards to this situation.
Unfortunately this harassment was even fueled by UNUM my disability
insurance to deprive me of medical care that I am in so dear need as
you can imagine.
For several years at the request of my disability insurance UNUM I was
denied medical care. UNUM and its agents interfere with the US doctors
to deny me medical care. I was left alone without the urgent medical
care my condition required. If I had been receiving proper medical I
would have been able to remain in control of myself as I usually do.
The harassment was also fueled by the financial reward from UNUM,
which would be given to, as one good Fairfax County policeman once
qualify them as "dirty people". He must have known their identities to
be able to make such a comment, at least I know several of them. One
lawyer even told that UNUM was harassing me.
One doctor admitted that UNUM was preventing me to get medical care.
A lawyer, which name I know, working for the Department of Labor is
also involved in doing everything possible to entrap me and set me up
in order to cash in the financial reward. That lawyer used Federal
Government resources for her own personal gain.
The Department of Labor mandatory Reassessment of my disability claim
from UNUM is a JOKE. Just another way to humiliate me once more,
regardless that I cannot work. I want to work but I cannot.
I am disabled with my only source of income being renting rooms in my
house. For several years I cannot rent any rooms because they
interfere by stealing my emails, or as someone once told me he was
being told not to rent a room in my house. I cannot even sell my stuff
on the Internet for the same reasons.
Enough is enough!
I hereby request, President George W. Bush, that you can exercise your
power in the United States and that you influence your authority in
order to provide me physical protection in front of a situation I am
powerless.
I hereby request an immediate investigation, which will bring the
matter to Justice and an end to that nonsense harassment and stop the
corruption.
