Prove any kind of widespread "demanding" that anybody waves flags. 

We just find it revealing when people refuse to show pride in America. 

Toots' sup****ters know that his resistance to wearing American flag 
lapel pins hurts him in Heartland America. And they're defensive about 
it. We'll make sure voters are fully aware of his disdain for America.

Examples widespread "ostentatious patriotism" please. Maybe the 
National Anthem at baseball games? Is that too fascist for you, 
America hater?
