But we can save 50% with no problem.

This was just a trivial, simple, cost free example.

Raisning US CAFE standards to 40 mpg for _all_ non-commercial vehicales
will 
cut conumptio 20%

Other savings are available, Why., for ex., does the Budweiser sign need
to 
burn all night when the bar is closed?

Do new car lots need to burn a billion candle power o lights when they are

closed? (ther eis one here next tot he interstate that you can see 5 miles

off!)

We waste millions of kva, many genrated by oil and gas.
