The Russian should enhance their survivality by selling 2500 ICBM to China.
The Chinese on their part should then disperse these ICBMS all over China,
making it hard for the US to target. Similarly, the Russians ahould also
disperse their remaining ICBM thinly over vast territories.
Under the new Joint China Russia Nuclear Command, Russia would be obliged
to
set aside another 2500 ICBM as her contribution to this newly created
force.
The combined force under this Joint Command would have at their disposal
5000 ICBM dispersed over a collosal teritory.
What would be the likely US response? I am afraid there is very little
room
for the US to manouvre. The US do not have the resource to enetr an arms
race with this China and Russia combined. Even if she manage to find the
m,eans it will be at least 10 years before she can deploy 5000 new ICBM.
would the EU help out under the terms of NATO. Quite unlikely, as France
cannot afford to put Paris under the cross hair of Chinese and russian
missile. France witout Paris is no France!
What would the Chinese and the Russian gained with this strategic move.
The
financial windfall goes to the Russian who will use the funds and waste
no
time to modernise and expand their nuclear arsenal and also to rejuvenate
the military.
The Chinese can look forward to at least another 25 years of peace free
from
American nuclaer balckmail. This will buy time for the Chinese to build up
their nuclaer arsenal to 10,000 ICBM. and achive nuclear parity with the
US.
Finally the real winner is world peace.
