There is a difference between war and pre-emptive action.
Pre-emptive action will always be defended for the sake
of preventing the lose of innocent lives in the future.

But however no one will ever know what the future holds, therefore
it is very hard to justify pre-emptive actions.  America actively verbally
is promoting nuclear non-proliferation.  However major nuclear powers
and even Russia had pledged no first use of nuclear arsenal. However
countries like America Pakistan and Israel are refusing to pledge no
first use of nuclear weapons.  If America refuses to renounce nuclear
weapons or its first use then what moral authority has it to preach others
to give it up?

that is why the so called pre-emptive actions of America has not moral
authority and now it no longer even have military superiority on the
field.
America and Israel had used depleted uranium in middle east wars and
fights, therefore the so called protecting the world UN resolutions are
just fake hypocritical do***ents that are only generated to maintain
the military superiority of the western regimes and it is unfortunate that
fellow Muslim countries are sup****ting Israel and America.
