I have sought an opinion from a very well psychiatrist Dr Von Freudhoff.
The good doctor has examined several of your postings on this newsgroup
going back up to five years.
Here is his diagnosis:-

Mr Le-Turd, as you call him suffers from an acute psychiatric problem.
He suffers from delusions of grandeur - hence the self named title of
"Sir".
He focuses entirely on past events without any realization of the present
and without any idea of future planning.
He does not accept reality and has continued to make claims over mining
assets to which he has no entitlement.
Continually blames others for his own mistakes and shortcomings. Hence the
term LOB (Land of Bastards) when referring to Australians.
He is completely delusional. This is evident from his rantings and
ravings
over the years.
His psychotic delusions will eventually lead to complete insanity if Mr
Le-Turd does not seek urgent treatment for his extreme condition.
Whils't some delusions of grandeur are evident in many French individuals
and may be of cultural origin, Mr Le-Turd's appear to be at the extreme
end
of the scale.
