by that logic, everyone who has managed to get a driver's license is 
eminently qualified to drive a car and will never cause an accident 
through drunkeness, talking on a mobile while driving or screaming at 
the kids to SIT DOWN AND SHUT UP OR BY GOD I'LL GIVE YOU SOMETHING TO 
CRY ABOUT.
