The Victorian government spends millions on making yet another
division between black and white Koori court goes to the county court
What a waste of money and all the elders have fallen in to yet another
divisive hand out to keep the judiciary in work for the near future
JUDGES SHOULD BE ELECTED BY THE PEOPLE not appointed by the
government
Well they are trying to cover up that there are no laws in Victoria
that have jurisdiction over aboriginals and there is no legislation to
make laws for aboriginal people
These courts will only be putting another wedge and HUMAN RIGHTS they
will be and are Breaching the constitutional right of every Australian
to be innocent until proven guilty.
Just try and enter a plea of innocence and have your legal aid
solicitor even appear on your behalf. YES YOU MUST PLEAD GUILTY TO
APPEAR BEFORE THESES COURTS they call THE KOORI COURTS!
