What I am saying. is that the Victorian Government has no power to
make laws for the Aboriginal people of Victoria, is that clear ?
yes all Koori courts should be shut down, is it just a scam brought on
by a private club, who run this state.

do you think an aboriginal needs a licence to catch fish, like all
Australians?
should an aboriginal get a permit to collect firewood from Crown Land,
like other Australians?
It appears to me, that you may be jealous that you are not of the
aboriginal race?
