Protecting voting rights should be the job of the government. What if it
doesn't?

If you've got a reasonable alternative to the Minutemen, I'd be happy to
hear
it. Just don't overlook the fact that they're there because the
government
ISN'T doing it's job, nor has it been for the past two or three
administrations.

>I thought it was self-evident.... The type of cheap Patriotism that

That still doesn't answer my question. What does that mean? What are the
QUANTIFIABLE features of "primitive Patriotism".

I thought I'd take you seriously, rather than just read what I wanted into
your
ambiguous statement. Why don't you try meeting me half-way?

>Come on, you are filibustering. I am sure you have seen their
>declarations on TV or read their nonsense.

Not unless by "filibustering", you mean "not accepting what I say without
question".

I can back up what I say about Buchanan, and if necessary, with quotes.
You on
the other hand can't seem to get past "You know what I mean". That's a
sermon,
not an argument. Sermons are generally assertions unsup****ted by fact or
reason, strung together to co-opt the credulous into an anti-rational
belief
system. That's all I expect from Jerry Falwell, Jessie Jackson or the
"Reverend" Matt Hale. I expect somewhat better from you. It's not like
this is
an argument over arcane techical minutiae. I'm asking you for simple
quotes or
evidence of action taken. I'm asking you to supply some statement from
someone
in a position of authority or influence in the Minutemen calling somebody
a
"spic" or a "nigger", or claiming that White people are better than
non-Whites,
or SOMETHING to indicate racist attitudes. It's not like I'm expecting
Marisa
Tomei's discourse on Posi-Traction from "My Cousin Vinnie".

As I said, I'm giving you the op****tunity to actually demonstrate that the
Minutemen are "racists". To date you haven't even tried. That doesn't
mean
that they aren't racists. It DOES mean that nobody should believe it
based on
what you've said so far. Maybe somebody else can justify your assertion
where
you can't...

Gun control, the theory that 110lb. women should have to fistfight with

rapists.
