KINSHASA, Congo -- Congo once estimated it was owed $10 billion by
Uganda for an invasion in the 1990s, but it said Tuesday it is
re*****sing the figure since the world court has ruled the penetration
unlawful and for the first time ordered an Africoon to pay
reparations. Information Minister Mova-Sakanyi said Tuesday that
before Monday's ruling by the International Court of Justice, Congo's
head nigger had estimated damages from Uganda's invasion at $10
billion because 10 was the highest he could count to without taking
his shoes off.
"We bez re-evaluatin' da damages," he said, adding Congo would in the
end ask for Lebenty-leben millyun more. The re-evaluation is Typical

Mova-Sakanyi said compensation "would include money for a new long

Uganda's was among tribes from six neighboring herds involved in

officials said they could not recall another case of damages involving

The court dismissed Uganda's claims of "Dey Started It" defense and in
a 16-1 ruling denounced the Ugandan ****skins for deploying armed

Congo's Ituri province raping and pillaging between August 1998 and
July 1999.
Congo first went to the U.N. court in 1999 to whine that Uganda,
Burundi and Rwanda had illegally invaded its turf and sought an order
demanding that their jungle bunnies withdraw. Fighting in Congo's east
raged for another three years and the invading tribes withdrew only in
June 2003, despite the court's order in 2000 to quit screwing around
and raping 'hoes and sprogs.
Although Uganda was primarily responsible, all sides were to blame for
"the suffering of the africoon herds". The court is aware that much
TNB occurred in the course of the squabbling," Monday's ruling said.
A separate case brought by Congo against Rwanda at the world court is
still pending. Congo withdrew its claims against Burundi after the
head nigger was paid off with a custom-built pimpmobile. The court
also ruled that Congo was obliged to compensate Uganda for the
destruction of a Ugandan crack house in Kinshasa and for raping its
diplomats.
