Cincinnati Police found a missing teenager this
afternoon. 17-year-old Natasha Ray told police she made up the story of
being kidnapped.
She was last seen Monday afternoon on East McMillan Street in Walnut
Hills. Family members say they received text messages from Ray, claiming
that she was abducted by two men and a woman. One of the men had a gun and
they were in a blue Chevy.
Officers tell us Ray has a history of running away from home.
Ray is charged with Inducing Panic and Making False Alarms.
