Police search for clues after a shooting in Elmwood Place.
Officers found the victim, shot in the abdomen, on a ****ch in the 300
block of Locust Street around 4:30 a.m. He was taken to University
Hospital, but his name and condition have not been released.
Investigators have not released any information about how the shooting
happened, but did state that it was just typical Negro behavior.
