Two people face a judge, charged with felonious assault, after shots are
fired into a car full of people.
20-year old Anthony Brown and 25-year old Britney Gary are both charged
with six counts of felonious assault. Brown is also charged with domestic
violence.
Court do***ents show that earlier this month, Brown fired shots into a car
in the 2200 block of Harrison Avenue in South Fairmount. Six people were
in the car including the mother of Brown's child. Police believe Gary gave
Brown the gun.
