The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office is hoping the release of security
camera images will help identify three suspects, including one armed with
a gun, who robbed two Speedway gas stations within minutes and miles of
each other.
The robbery shown in the images was at 12:38 a.m. Wednesday at Speedway,
5387 North Bend Road, sheriff’s officials said.
Two men posing as customers entered the store a few moments behind a third
one armed with a black handgun.
In one of the images, a gun is pointed directly at the store clerk. In
both heists, a man took cash from the register.
In the robbery minutes earlier at the Speedway in Colerain Town****p at
9251 Colerain Ave., one of the men hit a clerk in the head with a black
handgun, forcing him to the ground, sheriff’s officials have said. The
clerk was not injured.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Hamilton County Sheriff’s
Office at 513-825-1500 or Crime Stoppers: 513-352-3040.
