A 22-year-old man is behind bars accused of taking pictures of people
using the restroom at the Cincinnati Public Library on Vine Street.
Police said Jermaine Woody was taken into custody on Friday afternoon.
Woody remains at the Hamilton County Justice Center on a $4,000 bond.
