Why would anyone believe the Chinese commies are thwarted when it comes to

delivering a couple of hundred tons of weapons and shooters?

So the ****p goes back to the People's Republic and the load gets sent over

to the local air****t and the ****pment goes out on aircraft.

Net result?  Zimbabweans get their shooters, China gets to cause trouble
for 
some other national group of other and everyone is happy except the folks 
who think merely delaying a ****pment by a commie regime is a big 
accomplishment.
