I would expect that a educated, literate and articulate man would be able

I would expect that a educated, literate and articulate man would be able
to, 
having stated something as being factual or having challenged another
man's 
statement, even going so far as to call it a lie, would be willing and 
capable of providing facts to sup****t his claim or refute the other's
claim 
without the use of profanity and ad hominem.

I would expect that a man who cannot sup****t his position nor critique 
another's position without the use of profanity and ad hominem is no 
gentleman at all nor is he even much of a man.
