Supreme Leader of Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali
Khamenei in a meeting with families of Fars province martyrs
and war veterans underlined Iranians continue way of martyrs
to achieve national ideals and objectives.
In a meeting with thousands of martyrs and war veterans' families
of Fars Province on Friday morning, the supreme leader said
Iranians really appreciate their martyrs and war veterans endeavors.
Ayatollah Khamenei added, "The US bitterness about Iran is
not because of Iranian officials' words or policies, but because
of the awareness and motives of Iranian nation."
He hailed spouses of war veterans for their patience and
devotion and continued, "Future belongs to the great nation
of Iran and officials by relying on their intention and their
youth' talent will achieve their goals and wishes."
At the beginning of the meeting, head of Martyr Foundation
and Veterans Affairs presented a report on situation of
martyrs and war veterans families in Fars province.
Dehqan said, "Fars Province has presented more than
14,000 martyrs, 35,000 war disabled and veterans and
2500 freed war prisoners to the nation."
