No one is obliged to paint what he doesn't feel like painting. A
better question might be why MFH doesn't address the public and prize
selection committees, informing them of his opinion that painters who
do want to paint such ****s must be free to paint and exhibit them,
that prize selection committees must view those painters in the same
light that they viewed him when they considered him as a candidate for
the award he received, and that he will be most delighted to see such
painters receive the same accolades that he received.
