purity, as in the days of the Nazis?

The religious fanatics are zealous, and are about their nefarious work 
everywhere. Especially the Christian Right in the US, who are pu****ng (in 
the last days of the Bush administration for war with Iran in order to 
boost the neocons' candidate McCain.

To try and displace people's concerns onto Islam suits their purposes 
perfectly. For, if successful they get a Republican neocon in the White 
House for another 4 years.
