It is still not proven to be a determinant proof of intelligence.

By the same token, it must prove that Americans are inferior to Indians

Actually, Mexicans have done well in all those.  Laguna Verde is running 
quite well, with more reactors coming.  I have met their scientists. 
Quite 
a match for their American counterparts.

Some Americans can cook, some can do engineering, some are known for

A real job where your brains are pushed to the limit would ask you for a 
resume, references, a degree, proof of publications, and somre very tough 
interview rounds.  Maybe a background test.  IQ tests are not required to 
teach in universities, space or nuclear engineering.
