Well, they are safe and Naypyidaw, their new capital. They would
probably put a fence around their new capital and ignore the revolt
outside. But don't worry. Their incapability to remove even the
crops (if not humans) knowing that the cyclone was heading to the
Irrawaddy Delta region shows how well-quipped competent they are. I
predict that the regions affected, including Yangoon, will NEVER
return to it's formal state, which was already deterioration. As
soon as people get a chance to stabilize their lives, with growing
prices for food, a revolt is in order.. This time, the greens will
have to run with tails between their legs because people will be
angrier than ever for the new level of poverty.
