We haven't had Labor governments for the past 23 years, but the WA gov't
is in the process of upgrading one dam to hold an extra 1500mm of rain
over 3 days. Which is really good except it has never rained that hard
and less likely to as time goes on. Given the climate change penny is
just dropping with many, it will be more clear in a year why cargo cult
dams are pointless.
