"Mobilize Humanity" Initiative was created...
to shed light on the unacceptable plight of the 101 Sri Lankan and
Nepalese refugees and asylum seekers first detained by the Thai
immigration police in Bangkok,
in order to mobilize the relevant authorities to find a solution that
puts an end to their detention.
At present time, there are still:
77 Human Beings :
=E8 10 families
=E8 69 Sri Lankan and 8 Nepalese people
=E8 54 refugees and 23 asylum seekers
=E8 23 children including 18 aged less than 10 and 12 aged less than 6
Detained in inhuman conditions in Bangkok Immigration Detention Centre
(IDC)
