I HAVE A SPECIAL CASE NEEDS HELP and CONSULTANCEY TO IMMIGRATION TO
AUSTRALIA
My name is Jan ..i have a PR subclass 136 immigration visa to
Australia since 2005..
The case is :-
2003: I was single living in Jordan and I had submitted my
application to IMMI .
2004: I got married from Syrian girl ((UNFORTUNATY I did not declared
that issued to IMMI)
2005: I got the PR and I got a baby boy and I did the initial entrance
to Australia for a weeks.
2006: I got a family problems and I was separated (I have a divorcing
case in the court)
2007 April : I had sent and email ( statutory of declaration to IMMI
by email that I married and I have baby and I have divorcing case in
the court =96 I said in my to update my file and I have a divorcing
case and I will update them when I got divorced m I had attached the
pass****t copy of my wife , daughter and coy of PR) ((( the IMMI
replayed me that my immigration file has been updating without any
further action as my visa had issued since along time)))
2007 Nov: I got a divorced. And baby boy will be custody by MUM.
2008 I came to Australia and I would to summit a vise as to by
baby ,as my Ex wife dose not hold this responsibility of my baby .
The immigration department in Sydney said that (( I can not submit an
application to my boy because my immigration file is under re-
evaluation ,because I did not inform the for that matters on date and
MY VISA MAYBE WILL BE CANCELLED)).
The immigration said that they have no E-mails was sent to them and my
file was not updated on 2007 ( email and attachments do***ent was
missing ) but I had sup****t them a copy of that decelerations email
with the attachment may needed =96 married certificate , divorcing
certificate ))
I am in Sydney now and I have to go back to Jordan and the Immigration
Dept. dose not tell me what is the status.. and I have no idea what I
have to do ...
dose the immigration has a right to cancele my PR????
..((( it was honest mistake ))) not hiding any information
Please reply to me if u have any such experience .. and I will do
appreciating your help
