Not correct.
It may not appear "perverted" to the recipient (he probably had just
finished giving her a quick knee trembler in the toilet block), but if
I was there I would certainly have felt it was a perverted act, and I
would have been greatly offended.
And of course it is ***ual harassment - doesn't matter what the
"receiver" says.
