I hope not. By contrast with your lot, I aim to enlighten

> Your trying to cloud the issue.

[You're]

I'm pointing out why you are engaging in mock outrage, and I note,
despite my implicit challenge to say something political, you still
say nothing.

> You are suffering from cognative dissonance.

[cognitive ... from *cognition* rather than 'cogn*a*tion]

Hardly. I can see perfectly well what you're up to.

> You can't choose between ideologies

There's absolutely no conflict between the desire to combat *** or
gender-based disempowerment and the broader desire to ensure that
working people are at the center of the formation and roll out of
social policy.

> and it pisses you off

You seem to be the only one 'pissed off' and as I noted above, it is
you who are forced to choose between competing but impulses.

> your only option, try and change the debate!

I'm trying to have one that is relevant to aus.politics. You do
understand that this is a political newsgroup, don't you?

> The good thing about you lefties are that your utterly predictable

You can predict that I will always take the side of working people and
those marginalised on the basis of ostensible ethnicity, ***, gender
etc.

I can predict that you will always try to run interference for the
official conservatives, even if that means getting into the gutter
and telling lies.

I can also predict that you will have nothing of interest to say to
anyone interested in using their grey matter.

And that's not a good thing.
