The proper way to go about it is to contact the original posters
internet or usenet provider. If people would diligently re****t usenet
abuse(*) then the usenet and internet providers would have to do
something about it. In the real world however things don't go that way.
(*) The original poster is however entitled to express their views in
the context of free speech, however excessive crossposting is abuse and
not freedom of speech. The "real world" outside of the internet also
knows the concept of forum and as we all know, it isn't proper to shout
your views on any forum, say shout your political views on the speaker
system on the intermission of a Yankees game, or religious views in
somebody else's church, or interrupt a TV transmission and put your own
feed, or trespassing on somebody else's private property in the
attention to deliver your speech to people there etc.
