LOL. USA still hasn't paid Turkey the debt it owes from the first Iraq
war 20 years ago. USA can spend a $trillion on warmongering but it
will not give countires like Georgia more than $100 million a year in
economic aid. Georgian economy is more dependent on Russian economy
than Mexico - on American.
