Nice move by Russia! Hope that this intention pulls
through....although by the time the construction project complete,
Lithuania would have & hopefully have secured for herself in energy
issue. Not bad though difficult to imagine how Lithuania will be
willing to engage itself cooperatively with Russia on such critical
issue, politically, economically & socially.
