The US gives him money, - and not only the oil pipe makes it worth -
what I remember from couple of years ago it was ~ the US aid was ~$2
bln. Today must be much more - he after all made Georgian military group
in Iraq is ~2,000 strong, the third I think after US and UK. The
problem is that this money is partly stolen, and the rest spent on
weapons: the only six (?) Israeli air drones packs (4-6 drones each)
cost ~ $1 bln. Rather expensive for a country of a dime size and ~ 5
mln. population. And this is just one military toy.
The rest was probably spent on hookers and booze. He is known for that.
Only half of billion (is it really possible?) new presidential palace
probably beats any other ex Soviet republic.
