It lasted for about 1 second - too quick for MTRP, or may be he didn't
watch it till the end?

I think Latvia is quite far away already: independent country, in
different "union", in different military "union", with different
politics etc...  I think today it is more important to learn how to
balance the "distance" with trying to keep OK relationship with the
large neighbour (because it's just there, a short walk from Zilupe,
and is not going to go away).  I thought signing Abrene off was one of
these steps.
