Absolutely. In full accordance to Russian and international law.
Georgia is trying to prepare for the military adventure, and it got a
mild warning when its military drone tried to get a recon on Abkhazian
positions in the region. 8 mil USD fully paid by US taxpayers.
Hopefully, they'll now question how their hard-earned dollars are
spent.
