I think it's a misunderstanding - Russia values Finland as a
*reliable* trade partner who doesn't put unacceptable demands as a pre-
condition of doing business. That's what Lithuanian government should
learn. They could learn it an easy way but they chose the hard way. As
a result, their biggest refinery is at standstill and no oil will be
flowing in the near future. In fact, Lithuania completely cut itself
off from the Friend****p pipeline by choosing to use grandstanding at
the talks between Russia and EU. Now they can as well demolish that
plant.
